What has been done?
Currently 44 States Have Anti-Hazing laws.
-Of these 44, 14 state that a person's consent rules out the possibility of hazing.
- Florida has placed emphasis on anti-hazing laws. They have also created a law dedicated to Andrew Coffee, a victim of a fatal hazing case at FSU in 2017. This law grants immunity to those who call 911 during an event of hazing.
